Between 1997 and 2006, a colleague and I also allocated part of our time to running Snyman Fasser Consulting, a consultancy that specialised in behavioural change in the workplace. We customised and tailored behavioural training programmes in assertiveness training, therapeutic skills for managers, thinking programmes, negotiation skills, change management (including organisational change and diversity management), and team building.
Our corporate clients included EDS, DeLoitte & Touche, Markinor, Liberty Life, and the Public Relations Institute of South Africa (PRISA).
